摘要: A system for predicting exit from an occupant support, includes a processor, a memory in communication with the processor, and a frame having at least one force sensor which outputs a force signal in response to force exerted thereon. The system also includes machine readable instructions stored in the memory which cause the system to perform at least the following actions when executed by the processor: 1) determine a property of the signal during an interval of time, 2) classify the property as suggesting an exit event or as not suggesting an exit event, and 3) if the property is classified as suggesting an exit event, generate a notification thereof.

摘要: The present invention discloses a call center system and a call service implementation method thereof, wherein in the system, a Web access device is used for logging on an instant messaging server based on an instant messaging access of a user and sending instant messaging queuing information to a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and initiating an instant messaging request to a seat after receiving queuing result information returned by the CTI; the CTI is used for returning the queuing result information to the Web access device according to the received instant messaging queuing information and sending a Web access service beginning message to the seat; and the seat is used for accepting the instant messaging request initiated by the Web access device according to the received Web access service beginning message and performing an instant messaging. The call center system and the call service implementation method thereof provided by the present invention combines the interaction of the voice access and the operation of network access instant messaging, perfecting the call center system with a single manner of the voice access.

摘要: The invention discloses a method for implementing dual-homing, including: setting each one of any two core control equipment as a standby for each other, connecting a network entity belonging to one of the core control equipment with the two core control equipment through a primary link and a standby link respectively; setting the primary link connected with the core control equipment as activated, and setting the standby link connected with the core control equipment inactive; determining whether the core control equipment corresponding to the primary link is out of service, if the core control equipment corresponding to the primary link is out of service, activating the standby link; otherwise, continuously determining whether the core control equipment corresponding to the primary link is out of service. The invention also discloses another method for implementing dual-homing, by which the reliability of the network can be improved.
