摘要： A method and apparatus for mitigating bearing failure in an AC induction motor includes installing a high frequency mechanical vibration-absorbing material between various components of the motor. With the vibration-absorbing material in place, the number of premature bearing failures caused by the presence of bearing current is greatly reduced.
