摘要： A brush compactor useable in combination with an elongated rope has a plate like body with a pressure application area permitting the user to push on it with his foot while tightening the rope. An attachment point on the plate holds one end of the rope, while a wedged locking member selectively releases and positively locks a second end of the rope, according to the direction of rope movement through the locking member.
