摘要： A fluid device includes a housing and a rotor assembly disposed in the housing. The rotor assembly includes a core and a coating. The core has a first surface, an oppositely disposed second surface and an outer peripheral surface that extends between the first and second surfaces. The core defines a bore that extends through the first and second surfaces. The coating coats at least a portion of the core. The coating is a water-swellable plastic material.
