    摘要: An oil-lubricated automotive volumetric vacuum pump includes a circumferential pump room wall surrounding a pump room. A rotor comprises a rotor body with an oil receiving cavity and a guiding slot. The rotor body is adjacent to the pump room wall. The rotor rotates inside the pump room. A vane with a vane body and a vane end portion shifts in the guiding slot. The rotor body, the vane, and the circumferential pump room wall define at least two pump chambers. An oil discharge channel with a flow opening in a plane is arranged at the vane end portion of the vane and/or at the guiding slot. The flow opening opens so that oil can flow from a pump chamber through the oil discharge channel to the oil receiving cavity only in a retracted position of the vane end portion during a final compression phase of the respective pump chamber.

Such devices in accordance with some embodiments of the invention provide that a plurality of inlets and outlets amplify the output torque of the motor, that any side load is absent or minimized, and that a faster and stronger rotational force is achieved compared to a conventional hydraulic motor having a single pair of inlet and outlet.

    摘要: A rotary vane type actuator includes a vane assembly for converting pressure from a pressurized medium within the actuator into rotational movement. The vane assembly has a rotatable vane and a vane seal for preventing leakage of pressurized medium through or around the vane assembly. A side-plate is attached to the rotatable vane and the side-plate has a limiting protrusion that abuts the vane to maintain a gap between the vane and the side-plate so that the seal in the gap is not extruded from between the vane and side-plate.

    摘要: A high capacity lightweight compact vane motor or pump system which utilizes vanes with extensions to improve efficiency of the system overall. The present invention generally includes a rotor housing, a rotor, a housing cover. The rotor housing will generally include a central opening in which the rotor is positioned. The rotor will generally include a plurality of radially spaced vane slots. A rotor vane will generally be positioned within each vane slot. Each rotor vane will generally include a first extension and a second extension, wherein the first extension extends into slidable engagement with a groove on the housing cover and the second extension extends into slidable engagement with a groove on the interior surface of the rotor housing. As the rotor is rotated within the housing, the vanes will slide into and out of the slots to create voids to hold oil to be expelled at the outlet.

The chamber includes an intake valve port and an exhaust valve port, and the rotor shaft is coupled to a gear at one end and has at least two opposing flat surfaces received by an opening in the rotor. The intake and exhaust shafts are geared to the rotor shaft and have at least one opening each that is aligned with the intake and the exhaust valve ports. A gearing mechanism selectively controls the duration in which the openings are aligned with the ports. Two or more rotors may be utilized to produce more power and reduce vibration.
