    摘要: A roller conveyor composed of a main body, several rollers, a roller's fixed block and a transmission device and is shaped as a rectangle or a circular arc. The two sides of the main body are preferably composed of an aluminum extrusion frame. The roller is fixed on the aluminum extrusion frame at the two sides of the main body by coupling with a pair of roller's fixed blocks, one being connected to a concave trough positioned on each side of the main body. The inner part of the roller includes a bearing stand of cup shape, a central shaft, an end cover, and a bearing of industrial use. On the outer surface, there is a concave trough for connection with a PU belt and a transmission device to turn and power the rollers. Also, another embodiment of the invention employs a leaning cone roller-type conveyor to make the roller comply with the circular arc shape and enable the conveyor to make a turn.

    摘要: A conveyer transfer apparatus for use in a roller conveyer for lifting an article upwardly and moving it laterally to another conveyer. It includes a motor as a driving force to drive two pairs of spaced eccentric sprockets and a side-roller-chain, which engages with a pair of spaced sprockets. The side-roller-chain moves on a guide channel, which can be lifted upward, synchronously with the movement of the sprocket, thus enabling the article to be lifted upward and carried away laterally at a speed faster than the rotating speed of the sprocket.

    摘要: A chain type transfer device, particularly suitable for use with roller conveyors for shifting operation, comprises a motor, two supporting plates, a plurality of rotating shafts, a plurality of driving sprockets, a plurality of guiding plates and a plurality of composite chains; wherein each rotating shaft is pivoted between the two supporting plates and the driving sprockets are secured to the two ends of each of the rotating shafts to be associated with the respective guiding plate for the extension of the respective endless composite chain. The composite chain is formed by combining a regular chain with a roller chain which has a plurality of free rollers pivoted to an outer side thereof. Each composite chain is located between two adjacent rollers of the roller conveyor with the free rollers movable to be higher than the conveyance surface of the conveyor while the regular chain lower than the conveyance surface so that when the motor drives the rotating shafts to move the chains via the sprockets, the free rollers are moved to be higher than the conveyance surface to contact and raise a conveyed article to separate from the rollers of the conveyor and thus achieving the shifting operation including vertically elevating and horizontally moving.

    摘要: An improved roller conveyer for conveying objects is disclosed. It comprises: (a) a fixed conveyer section having first parallel frames supported on upright stands and a plurality of first parallel rollers mounted between the first parallel frames of the fixed conveyer section; (b) a power drive for rotating the first parallel rollers of the fixed conveyer section when conveying objects; (c) a liftable conveyer section having second parallel frames and a plurality of second parallel rollers mounted between the second parallel frames of the liftable conveyer section. The liftable conveyer section has: (a) a fixed end pivoted to one end of the fixed conveyer section and a free end; (b) a transmission mechanism mounted on the liftable conveyer section for rotating the second parallel rollers of the liftable conveyer section; (c) a clutch member mounted on the liftable conveyer section couple the transmission mechanism with the power drive; and (d) a plurality of gas spring levers and springs respectively mounted on the liftable conveyer section to provide resistance to the liftable conveyer section when it is down-lifted. The transmission mechanism is coupled to the power drive by the clutch member when the liftable conveyer section is not lifted, and the transmission mechanism is disconnected from the power drive when the liftable conveyer section is lifted from the fixed conveyer section.
