摘要： A two component desensitizing dentifrice composition is disclosed which comprises a first dentifrice component containing a desensitizing potassium salt such as potassium nitrate and a second dentifrice component containing a second desensitizing agent other than a potassium salt the such as SnF.sub.2, the second desensitizing agent being incompatible with the potassium salt, the first and second dentifrice components being maintained separate from the other until dispensed for application to teeth requiring relief from dentine hypersensitivity.

摘要： A two component desensitizing dentifrice composition, having reduced astringency and enhanced taste is disclosed which comprises a first aqueous dentifrice component containing a desensitizing potassium salt, having a water content greater than 44% by weight; and a second anhydrous dentifrice component containing a stannous salt, the first and second dentifrice components being maintained separate from each other until dispensed for application to the teeth.

摘要： A gel composition exhibiting improved stand-up and efficacy in treating dentine hypersensitivity which composition contains about 0.3 to about 1.0% by weight SnF.sub.2, about 87 to about 97% by weight anhydrous glycerine and about 2.0 to about 10% by weight of a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 1000.
