摘要： The present invention provides solid compositions of bioactive agents, in particular of probiotic microorganisms. Furthermore, the present invention provides methods for preparing these compositions. The methods include microencapsulating live microorganisms to produce a dry formulation and optionally coating the microcapsules while retaining to a significant extent the viability of the microorganisms.

摘要： Enteric coated capsules or tablets for oral delivery of a protein, polypeptide or peptide drug, in particular for oral delivery of insulin, are provided, comprising microparticles of the protein, polypeptide or peptide drug, microparticles of a protease inhibitor and, optionally, microparticles of an absorption enhancer. The protease inhibitor and the absorption enhancer may be together in the same microparticles. The microparticles of each component are embedded in an enteric polymer matrix. The enteric coated tablet or capsule of the invention enables fast release of the protein, polypeptide or peptide drug at different times at desired loci in the gastrointestinal tract

摘要： The present invention relates to particles comprising non-covalent complexes which comprise starch and an active agent and dry compositions containing such particles for the oral delivery of the active agents. Preferably the particles are degraded and release the active agent within the intestines, protecting the active agent from degradation in the stomach. The present invention further relates to methods for preparing suspensions of these particles having a uniform particle size in the range of several microns.
