摘要： An electromagnetic workpiece positioning and holding device is mountable on a metal working lathe for pulling bar stock to a working position relative to metal working tools and/or for holding and stabilizing an outermost end portion of a workpiece during a cut-off operation. The coil of the electromagnet is in an electrical circuit with a 24 volt power supply and a control switch by which the coil is connected to and disconnected from the power supply.
