摘要: A self-energy-storage wheel corner module integrating omni-directional redundant steering and energy regenerative suspension, including a wheel assembly, a suspension system having an unequal-length double wishbone suspension structure, a first steering system, a drive system, a braking system, a second steering system, an energy storage system and an actuator assembly. The first steering system is a primary steering system, and has low steering delay and excellent maneuverability at high speeds. The second steering system is a redundancy of the first steering system, and contributes to the omni-directional steering of the wheel assembly, which enhances the vehicle maneuverability. A motor of the second steering system also functions as another actuation motor of the actuator assembly in an idle state to enable the suppression and energy regeneration of the suspension vibration.

摘要: An assembly comprises an upper axle ball joint support torque box, torque tube, torque tube support housing, forward torque rod, and forward torque rod support. The upper axle ball joint support torque box is configured to connect to an upper axle ball joint mount of a solid front axle of a vehicle. The torque tube support housing is configured to connect to the upper ball joint support torque box. The forward torque rod is configured to connect to the forward torque rod support and the torque tube. The forward torque rod support is configured to connect to frame structure of the vehicle. The torque tube support housing is configured to slide forward and backward along the torque tube. The assembly may comprise an anti-twist bracket configured to connect to the ball joint support torque box. The assembly, when installed, reduces side-to-side shaking of the solid front axle vehicle.

摘要: The invention relates to a chassis component with a structural part which comprises at least one strut section with an open cross-section shape, wherein in an end area of the strut section a first wall section and a second wall section are formed, the first wall section has a first joint-receiving opening and the second wall section has a second joint-receiving opening. 摘要: A modular chassis is provided for an off-road vehicle to improve assembly, servicing, and repairing of a drivetrain of the off-road vehicle. The modular chassis includes a chassis to support components of the off-road vehicle. A front frame module couples with a front of the chassis, and a rear frame module couples with a rear of the chassis. The front frame module supports lower suspension arms of the off-road vehicle by way of inboard bushing joints. The front frame module supports at least a steering gear and a front differential of the off-road vehicle. The rear frame module is a tube-frame structure that supports components of the off-road vehicle. A lower portion of the rear frame module extends rearward and acutely upward to a top frame member that couples with upper side portions of the chassis. Several cross-members impart structural integrity to the rear frame module.

摘要: A pivot joint for connection between first and second suspension members in a vehicle suspension permits adjustment of wheel alignment characteristics without removal or disassembly of the pivot joint. Wheel alignment adjustment may be accomplished with mutual rotation of engaged components of the pivot joint, wherein engaged guide structures of the pivot joint component convert the mutual rotation to translational movement of one pivot joint component relative to the other pivot joint component. The translational movement may be oriented to selectively adjust wheel alignment characteristics.
