摘要： In general, one aspect of the subject matter described herein can be embodied in methods that include the actions of: receiving a goal-identifier corresponding to an achievement of one or more objectives and including actor parameters, resource parameters, and/or constraints, processing the goal-identifier against templates, each of which include methods that include actor parameters, resource parameters, constraints, and/or tasks, the tasks including actor parameters, resource parameters, and/or constraints, in order to identify templates and/or tasks having comparable respective actor parameters, resource parameters, and/or constraints, monitoring for changes with respect to the actor parameters, resource parameters, and/or constraints of the goal-identifier, based on a determination of the one or more changes, further processing the goal-identifier against the templates in order to identify, with respect to the one or more changes, templates and/or tasks having comparable actor parameters, resource parameters, and/or constraints, and implementing the templates/tasks with respect to the goal-identifier.
