Each clamping ring is provided at its inner circumference with adjusting spring grooves parallel to the axis of the clamping ring and the adjusting springs for the segments extend parallel to the axis of the roller beyond the end of the segment to such an extent that they engage in the adjusting spring grooves in the clamping ring.
