    Abstract: A dismantling device, comprising a base, a bearing mechanism, a moving mechanism and a pulling-out assembly, the bearing mechanism supports a product to be dismantled; the pulling-out assembly comprises a connecting mechanism, a drive mechanism, a catching member and a sliding block; the connecting mechanism comprises an outer framework and an inner framework sliding relative to the outer framework; the outer framework is connected to the moving mechanism and presses against the product; the drive mechanism is connected to the inner framework and the sliding block; the catching member is slidably arranged in the inner framework; the sliding block slides with the catching member; and the drive mechanism drives the catching member to clamps the part and the inner framework dismantles the part from the product.

    Abstract: A reshaping method for metal product includes acquiring position data information of a workpiece; converting the position data information into coordinate information, and fitting the coordinate information to obtain a surface contour curve of the workpiece; comparing the surface contour curve with a standard contour curve to generate a comparison result; obtaining reshaping information of the workpiece based on the comparison result; and controlling the reshaping system to reshape the workpiece. The disclosure acquires position data information of the workpiece by measuring, converts the position data information into coordinate information, fits the coordinate information to obtain the surface contour curve of the workpiece, compares the surface contour curve with the standard contour curve to obtain deformation situation, and reshapes the workpiece according to the reshaping information based on the deformation situation, which improves efficiency of workpiece reshaping and reducing labor costs. An electronic device is also provided.

    Abstract: A sticking machine able to automatically remove films on either side of a sheet to be pasted to a workpiece includes a sheet supply component, a sheet selection component, a drive component, a first film-removing component, a second film-removing component, a carrier, and a transmission line. The sheet supply component stores sheets. The sheet selection component applies suction to the sheet. The first film-removing component tears off a first film, the second film-removing component tears off a second film on the reverse side. The transmission line carries the workpiece to the carrier. The sticking machine is fed by the sheet supply component, and after removal of the first film, the sheet selection component lays the sheet on the surface of the workpiece, then the second film-removing component tears off the second film, realizing automatic sticking of the sheet on the workpiece, improving the processing efficiency and accuracy.

    Abstract: An electrical connector assembly for connecting the CPU and the printed circuit board, includes an electrical connector and a back plate respectively mounted upon two opposite surfaces of the printed circuit board. A fastening seat partially surrounds the connector for securing a heat sink which is downwardly seated upon the CPU for heat dissipation. The back plate forms a plurality of securing studs extending through the fastening seat. The heat sink further includes a plurality of tubular securing nuts respectively surrounded by the corresponding coil springs and secured to the corresponding securing studs in an adjustable manner so as to impose the downward force upon the heat sink to urge the heat sink to abut downwardly against the CPU for heat dissipation of the CPU.

    Abstract: An electrical connector for connecting an electronic package to a printed circuit board, includes an insulative housing with a plurality of passageways therein, and a plurality of contacts are retained in the corresponding passageways, respectively. Each contact has a main body and opposite upper and lower contacting arms extending therefrom in a symmetrical manner in the vertical direction. Each of the upper contacting arm and the lower contacting arm has a pair of spring beams spaced from each other. Each beam includes an extension section directly extending from and coplanar with the main body, an oblique section extending from the extension section and a contacting section extending from the oblique section. The distance between the oblique sections of the pair of beams is essentially same with that of the extension sections thereof, while larger than that of the contacting sections thereof.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulative elongated housing, and a plurality of contacts retained to the housing. The housing includes a base extending along the longitudinal direction and a mating tongue extending forwardly from the base in a front-to-back direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Each contact includes a contacting/mating section exposed upon the mating tongue. The contacts include a plurality of differential-pair signal contacts and a plurality of grounding contacts alternately arranged with each other along the longitudinal direction. Each differential-pair signal contact is associated with a metallic wiping piece in front with a tiny gap so as to have the distance between the rear end of the contacting section and the front edge of the wiping piece is still equal to 3.9 mm which is regulated by the industry standard specification as a full length of the contacting section of the traditional contact.

    Abstract: An electrical contact includes a planar main body, a supporting arm extending upwardly from an upper edge thereof, and a spring arm extending curvedly and upwardly from a lower edge thereof with a contacting region at a free end region. The spring arm will contact the supporting arm when the spring arm is downwardly pressed by the CPU. A connecting part extends from an upper portion of the main body for connecting to a carrier strip, and includes a first connecting section coplanar with the main body, and a second connecting section perpendicular to the first connecting section wherein the carrier strip is connected to an upper edge of the second connecting section so as to be spaced from the corresponding spring arm and supporting arm, thus avoiding improper coating thereupon when the gold coating is applied to the self-contacting regions of the spring arm and supporting arm.

    Abstract: A securing mechanism for retaining a CPU to an electrical connector mounted upon a top surface of the PCB, includes a fastening device mounted upon the top surface of the PCB beside the electrical connector, and a back plate mounted upon the undersurface of the PCB and located between the PCB and a metallic case. The fastening device cooperates with the back plate to be secured to the PCB via a first set of fixing units. The case forms an opening/recessed region to receive a thickened central region of the back plate and is secured to the back plate via a second set of fixing units surrounding said opening. The thickened central region is fully received within the opening in the vertical direction. The first set of fixing units are located in the central region of the back plate.
