摘要： A center-foldable seat back has a seat back upper part that can be tilted forward relative to a seat back lower part. A trim cover is provided, sewn along the entire periphery at the mutual contact position of an upper and lower cover, the pulled-in state is modulated by cloth pieces, thereby preventing wrinkles. The seat back is provided with the trim cover in which one cloth piece one side edge of which is sewn to the ends of the lower and upper cover is provided at least in the central portion on the inside of the trim cover, the cloth piece is extended inward, the other side edge thereof is sewn to a fastener, the central portion on the back side is extended inward and sewn to the fastener, and the central portion on the inside of the trim cover is sewn to open and close by one fastener.

The cushion for a seat comprises a three-dimensional cover constituted of a front surface portion, a substantially U-shaped rear surface portion arranged oppositely to the front surface portion while spaced apart therefrom, a circumferential surface portion arranged between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion while connecting at the edge thereof with the edge of the front surface portion and the edge of the rear surface portion, a stripe portion extending downward from the upper edge of an opening in the rear surface portion to close the opening, a first pair of teeth tapes fixed to the opposite side edges of the stripe portion, and a second pair of teeth tapes provided at the opposite side edges of the circumferential surface portion corresponding, in position, to the opposite side edges of the stripe portion and engaging with or disengaging from the first pair of teeth tapes so that the opening is closed or opened by the stripe portion, and a foamed resin pad molded integrally with each component of the cover, excluding the stripe portion, in the cover.

摘要： When an LPP (land pre-pit) is formed between shallow grooves or shallow pits, the LPP is formed on a land existing between the shallow grooves or the shallow pits. Further, the LPP is formed in a position displaced from a centerline of the land in the radial direction by a predetermined amount. Furthermore, a laser beam power utilized for forming a shallow groove or a shallow pit adjacent to the LPP is reduced so as to be lower than a regular laser beam power.
