摘要: An installation is disclosed for coating objects, preferably automatically, with coating material, the installation having a coating station with at least one coating gun for spraying coating material, in particular as required, in the direction of a coating region, and having a conveying apparatus, by means of which objects to be coated can be transported, in particular continuously, through the coating region. Provision is made, in particular, for the installation to have a device for detecting the presence and/or absence, in a monitoring region located upstream of the coating station—as seen in the conveying direction of the conveying apparatus—of an object to be coated, wherein there is also provided a control device, which is designed to activate the at least one coating gun of the coating station in dependence on the detection result of the device for detecting the presence and/or absence of an object to be coated.

摘要: The invention relates to a control circuit for protecting an electrostatic spray-coating apparatus, which has a high-voltage supply, against spark discharge. The control circuit has a disconnection device for automatically disconnecting the high-voltage supply, and has a device for detecting abnormal operation of the high-voltage supply. The device for detecting abnormal operation of the high-voltage supply is designed to monitor at least one parameter which is characteristic of the operation of the high-voltage supply, and to output a corresponding disconnection signal to the disconnection device when the at least one parameter which is characteristic of the operation of the high-voltage supply exceeds or falls below a predefined or predefinable limit value.

摘要: Apparatus for coating a heated pipe section with a fusible powder includes a booth enclosing a powder application volume, at least one powder dispensing device for dispensing powder supplied to the device in the direction of the heated pipe section as the heated pipe section passes through the volume, and a filter mechanism coupled to the booth for extracting from the booth a stream of air entraining fusible powder that does not stick to the heated pipe section and extracting the fusible powder that does not stick to the heated pipe section from the volume. The apparatus further includes an opening between the volume and the filter mechanism. The opening permits the mixing of cooler air into the stream of air entraining fusible powder that does not stick to the heated pipe section before the stream of air entraining fusible powder that does not stick to the heated pipe section reaches the filter mechanism.

摘要: An arrangement is disclosed for the preferably automatic coating of objects with a coating material, in particular coating powder. The arrangement includes at least one spray device having a spray nozzle via which the coating material is dispensable in a main spraying direction. An extension is further provided, wherein an end region of the extension facing the spray device is preferably detachably connected to an end region of the spray device associated with the extension opposite from the spray nozzle. The arrangement further includes a preferably horizontally extending guide via which the extension with the spray device connected thereto can be longitudinally moved in the direction of extension of the guide relative to the object to be coated. The main spraying direction of the spray nozzle may be implemented so as to deviate from the direction of extension of the guide by a predefined or definable angle.

The rear casing can be removably and exhangeably attached to the rear side of a main body of the spray gun and has a first region designed as a handle casing and a second region designed as a covering casing for rear-side covering of a rear region of the gun barrel. At least one connection element is provided on the second region of the rear casing for optionally forming a removable connection to a part having, for this purpose, at least some portions with a design complementing that of said connection element. In particular, according to the invention, the entire rear casing, together with the at least one connection element, is designed as a monolithic plastic component, in particular a plastic injection moulded molded part.
