    摘要: A vacuum conveying system has at least two storage locations and at least two consumers connected by supply conduits and discharge conduits to each other. A vacuum source is provided that produces a vacuum flow/air flow. A central material conduit is provided with valves, wherein the supply conduits and the discharge conduits each have one of the valves associated therewith. The valves actuate conveying paths of bulk material from the at least two storage locations to the at least two consumers. The valves have a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position the valves open the material conduit to provide a through passage. In the second position, the valves supply the vacuum flow/air flow to the central material conduit or conduct the vacuum flow/air flow away from the central material conduit.

    摘要: An in-situ reagents injection system comprises a compressed air storage tank, a remediation reagents storage tank, an injection adjusting valve, an injection pipe, an upper sealing device and a lower sealing device. When the reagents injection is carried out, the compressed air is injected before the remediation reagents is injected, the porosity of the aquifer medium is increased by utilizing the air pressure expansion technology to form a relatively uniform dominant channel, and the remediation reagents is injected to realize uniform and efficient conveying of the reagents. The in-situ reagents injection system and method can make the homogeneous and efficient conveying of the remediation reagents, and ensure the full utilization of the remediation reagents, with low energy consumption of injection equipment, simple process, and flexible operation. The injection is performed in sections from top to bottom according to the steps to improve the in-situ reagents injection efficiency and remediation efficiency.

    摘要: A collector/distribution assembly is provided for use with a product supply tank having a bottom outlet, comprising a housing having a front wall, a back wall and two side walls, said housing having an open top for receiving product from the bottom outlet of the product supply tank, an open bottom and at least one pair of side by side loading zones comprising a left loading zone and a right loading zone; a number of left pneumatic conveying lines for receiving air, each left pneumatic conveying line operably associated with a corresponding left loading zone to allow air to pass into, through and out of the left loading zone; a number of right pneumatic conveying lines for receiving air, each right pneumatic conveying line operably associated with a corresponding right loading zone to allow air to pass into, through and out of the right loading zone; and at least one air stream selector device comprising a shaped diverter operable to be positioned at the bottom of the housing; whereby when the at least one air stream selector device is positioned at the bottom of the housing, the device closes off either the right loading zone or the left loading zone of one pair of side by side loading zones thereby diverting product to the other of the right loading zone or the left loading zone.

    摘要: A system supports an outlet, within a storage silo, of a pneumatic conveyor. The outlet comprises a horizontal section, a vertical section, and an elbow interconnecting the sections. The system comprises a vertical support for suspending and centering the outlet, and a horizontal support for selectively supporting the outlet upon the silo floor. The horizontal support has clamp assemblies mounted on the horizontal section, and sets of removable support legs respectively attachable to the clamp assemblies. The horizontal support also has elbow clamp assemblies adjacent the elbow, and an elbow brace and a subframe each interconnecting the elbow clamp assemblies. Each of the support legs has a locking pin for locking that leg in a deployed position, and a storing hole for placing that leg in a stored position. The system further comprises a deflector, and sets of stanchions therefor respectively attached to the clamp assemblies of the horizontal support.
