摘要: Apparatus, methods and media for deriving a transaction record based on handwritten check content. The apparatus may include, and the methods and media may involve, a receiver device that is configured to receive a check image. The apparatus may include, and the methods and media may involve, a processor device. The processor device may be configured to define a check segment within the check image; translate content from the segment from handwriting to estimated block text; and store the block text in a transaction record in machine readable memory. The apparatus may include, and the methods and media may involve, a transmitter that is configured to transmit the block text to a financial institution product engine.

摘要: Methods, computer readable media, and apparatuses for providing trusted services management using a hybrid service model are presented. According to one or more aspects, a first transaction log of a first secure element included in a mobile computing device may be received. The first secure element may be provisioned with first secure information provided to a user of the computing device by a first entity, such as a first financial institution. Subsequently, a second transaction log of a second secure element included in the mobile computing device may be received. The second secure element may be provisioned with second secure information provided to the user of the computing device by a second entity different from the first entity, such as a second financial institution, for instance. In some arrangements, incentive offers may thereafter be provided to the user based on the first transaction log and the second transaction log.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer program products provide for monitoring activities related to Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing and, in specific embodiments, monitoring activities related to ACH in processing in shared ACH processing environment in which two or more financial institutions share access to the shared ACH processing platform. The monitoring provides for determining that events associated with a respective monitored ACH processes trigger a respective alarm, generating the alarm messages based on the triggering events and providing for computer network access to results of the monitoring including the one or more alarm messages. As such the present invention provides real-time visibility to process owners regarding the health of their processes. Thereby, allowing the process owners the ability to address processing problems as they occur and mitigate overall risk involved in the processing.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a method that includes receiving a plurality of paper financial items, scanning each of the paper financial items, and for each paper financial item, generating a plurality of data sets based on the scanning. For each data set, it may be determined whether the associated paper financial item is a bank of first deposit (BOFD) item or a non-BOFD item. Also, for each data set, the data set may be modified depending upon whether the associated paper financial item is determined to be a BOFD item or a non-BOFD item. Further aspects are directed to systems that perform the above method.

摘要: Apparatus, methods and media for correcting a defective check processing datum. The apparatus may include, and the methods and media may involve, a receiver that is configured to receive from memory a first transaction record. The transaction record may include Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) line data. The MICR line data may be electronically read from a check. The transaction record may include non-MICR data. The non-MICR data may be electronically read from the check. The apparatus may include, and the methods and media may involve, a processor that is configured to identify a defective datum among the MICR line data. The processor may identify a portion of the non-MICR data that corresponds to the defective datum. The processor may store in memory a second transaction record. The second transaction record may include corrected data that includes an element that is derived from the identified portion of the non-MICR data.

摘要: A method, system, computer program product, or a combination of the foregoing and apparatus for an end-to-end Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) solution for an image send process. Specifically, monitoring metrics related to an image send process for cash letters or other negotiable items from the time that the items are received by the receiving financial institution until the time that the image cash letter is sent to the send partners and ultimately, the paying financial institution. An end-to-end monitoring solution provides real time insight into the health of a process, allowing the financial institution to address issues in advance of customer impact, both within and outside of the financial institution, and facilitate the identification of ongoing improvement opportunities as the process continues to grow and adapt.
