摘要： A disinfectant composition is made with three essential active ingredients comprising (1) a quaternary ammonium compound, (2) a phenol or a derivative thereof, and (3) formaldehyde. The composition provides enhanced disinfecting efficacy of a synergistic nature, since the composition is more inhibitory and/or lethal to a greater variety of bacteria than is any one of its components or the sum of the separate effects of its components.
