    摘要: A magnetic-tape apparatus comprises at least one switching device comprising a servo wheel (77; 97) for switching an apparatus function. Further, the apparatus comprises two winding spindles (2, 3) whose lower end portions are each connected to a coaxial winding wheel (4, 5). A reversible drive motor (22), which can be operated at a high and a low torque level, is coupled to the respective winding wheel (4, 5) via a pivotable idler (27) mounted between the winding wheels (4, 5) after the idler has been pivoted to an operating position of the apparatus. In a switching position of the apparatus, the motor (72) is coupled to a coupling device (22). In the switching position of the apparatus this coupling wheel establishes a coupling between the motor (22) and the switching device (77; 97), so that this device is actuated to switch the apparatus function. The motor (22) can actuate the switching device (77; 97) only when it operates at the higher torque level.

    摘要: An actuating mechanism which responds to the stoppage of rotation of a component, and a tape recorder inculuding such a mechanism. During apparatus operration a reciprocating movement is imparted to a lever. Rotation of the component causes a frictionally coupled actuating element to press at least one cam against the lever with a biasing torque, the reciprocating movement causing the lever to slide along the cam. The lever also slides along a guide element so as to define a path of lever actuating portion movement. Upon stopping of the component rotation, the biasing torque is removed, and the lever pivots to follow a second path of actuating portion movement defined by the guide element. A tape recorder includes such a mechanism with an actuating element that provides a same torque to the lever for either direction of component rotation, and quickly unlatches control buttons if the component rotation stops.

    摘要: The objective lens of a scanning device is mounted in a movable section which is interconnected to a mounting section by two supports which extend parallel to each other and the lens axis and transverse to a direction of movement for correcting tracking errors. Each support has two first members, one movable and one fixed, having central portions fixed to the movable and mounting sections respectively, and two stiff second members connecting respective ends of the first members. Between the central portions and the ends, the first members are elastically deflectable to correct focussing errors, and elastically twistable to correct tracking errors.

    摘要: The head-mounting plate of a cassette apparatus is positioned, in part, through the operation of a servo having a motor-driven servo wheel whose rotation is initiated by pulsed operation of an impulse relay. The servo wheel has teeth around its circumference except for two portions defining wheel rest positions. In the rest position of the wheel, a starting torque is applied by pressure on a cam on the wheel, rotation being prevented by a latching arrangement. The impulse relay is engaged by a relay-armature member which has an elastically deflectable arm and a rigid arm, the end of the elastically deflectable arm having a rigid support for a soft iron element which can be attracted to the impulse relay, and a coupling element which couples the elastically deflectable arm to the rigid arm, so that movement of the rigid arm in one direct is prevented by the engagement with the relay. Deflection of the deflectable arm permits movement of the relay-armature member through an additional pivotal movement toward the latching relay. In the latching position of the relay-armature member, a stop on the member abuts a latching projection on the servo wheel to keep the wheel in a latched position. An impulse energization of the impulse relay releases the soft iron element, and a spring pivots the relay-armature member to an inoperative position in which the servo wheel is freed to rotate under the influence of the starting torque, so that the circumferential teeth mesh with a drive pinion connected to a drive motor which may be constantly rotating. A reset projection on the relay-armature member is actuated by the latching projection for pivoting the member back to the latching position so that the latching projection can abut the stop when the servo wheel has again reached the rest position.

    摘要: A storage case and holder combination has an ejection spring which urges an inserted holder outward. The holder is retained by a resilient latching arm having a pin which engages in a latching groove that deflects the pin in two orthogonal directions during insertion and latching. To keep the pin from resiliently moving out of the groove in response to a pull on the holder, a stop on the storage case prevents movement of the pin in the undesired direction while the holder is in the latched position. The latching arm and ejection spring are formed as a unitary molding with a cover portion which attaches to, and preferably forms part of, the rear wall of the case when shaped into position.

    摘要: A holder for a rigid information disc comprises a rectangular frame which includes a first disc-supporting section near a first peripheral side of the frame and a second disc-supporting section adjoining a second peripheral side located opposite the first side. The frame carries movable clamping means for clamping the information disc onto the frame. The frame is at least in part resiliently deflectable and is capable of returning from a deflected position to a flat position. The first and the second disc-supporting sections are interconnected by at least one resilient connecting element which permits deflection of the frame into the deflected position in which position the first and the second peripheral sides extend at least substantially parallel to each other. The clamping means can be actuated; the clamping means are situated near the connecting elements and in the deflected position of the frame do not release the information disc until these means have been actuated.
