    摘要: Lubricating composition on the basis of waxy substances supported by means able to allow it to be applied by rubbing onto the bases of skis and the like, constituted by a blend formed by at least one hydrocarbon wax (ski-wax) dissolved in at least one solvent for said wax, said composition being absorbed by impregnation onto a flexible and porous support of paper, of fabric, of foamed resin and the like, of small dimensions, so to form an article able to transfer, by rubbing, said composition onto said soles and the like. Said solvent is preferably constituted by at least one hydrogenated naphthalene, such as decahydronaphthalene (decalin), or by mixtures of solvents containing at least 10% of decahydronaphthalene.The article is then tightly sealed inside a waterproof package.

In a preferred embodiment, the basic solution is used in combination with at least one alkali-stable water-soluble polymer, to produce a viscous liquid composition, which is advantageously applicable to the substrate by means of pad-printing and silk-screen printing process.

    摘要: A process for stabilizing by encapsulation red phosphorus powder for using it as flame retardant for polymeric materials, consisting in preparing a red phosphorus dispersion in an aqueous solution of a melamine condensate cationized with a mineral acid, consisting of melamine, formaldehyde, triethanolamine and a monohydroxyl alcohol having up to 5 carbon atoms, in heating the aforesaid dispersion, under stirring, at 80.degree.-100.degree. C. in order to precipitate said condensate in the form of a melamine resin partially cross-linked around the individual red phosphorus particles which are so stabilized by a continuous and compact layer of said resin, then in completing the cross-linking of same in a final dehydration step by drying at 80.degree.-130.degree. C.
