摘要： The present invention discloses a protein IPA1 related to plant architecture, its coding genes and uses, wherein the protein is 1) or 2) as follows: 1) the protein consisting of the amino acid sequence showed by sequence 1 in the sequence list; 2) the protein derived from the protein of 1) by substitution and/or deletion and/or addition of one or several amino acid residues in the amino acid sequence defined in 1) and relating to plant architecture. IPA1 gene can be used for molecular marker-assisted breeding, cultivating new rice varieties and improving rice yield.
