    摘要: Disclosed is a tire configured for reducing noise during running of the tire by forming a predetermined shape in a groove of the tire to reduce a peak of air column resonance sound. The tire with reduced noise includes a first protrusion formed on a sidewall of a groove, protruding in a depth direction of the groove, and dispersing sound waves generated in a tread, and a second protrusion formed on the sidewall of the groove, protruding in a longitudinal direction of the groove, and dispersing sound waves generated in the tread.

    摘要: Disclosed is a pneumatic tire with a bead having enhanced endurance, more particularly, a pneumatic tire with a bead having enhanced stiffness in which at least one bead core is provided and a carcass does not have a turn-up structure at an end thereof such that stiffness of the bead and sidewall is enhanced. The pneumatic tire includes bead cores in which multi-layered bead wire cords are coiled, bead fillers adhering to the bead cores having at least two rows, and a carcass ply disposed between the bead cores of the bead fillers, the carcass ply having a linear shape without a turn-up structure, wherein a left bead filler and a right bead filler including the bead cores including the bead wire cords are disposed at both sides of the carcass ply, and each of the left and right bead fillers has a diameter decreasing upward from a bead base.

    摘要: Disclosed is a tire with reduced cavity noise including an adhesive agent layer applied to an inside of an inner liner and a sound absorber layer attached to the adhesive agent layer, wherein the adhesive agent layer includes polyether containing alkoxysilane at both ends thereof and a benzotriazole-based UV absorber. The tire with reduced cavity noise is stable without causing separation of a sound absorber even upon heating and deformation during driving.

    摘要: Disclosed is a tubeless tire having a reinforced bead portion capable of reducing the stress applied to a portion contacting a rim flange and to an edge of a carcass. The tubeless tire includes a carcass turned up around a bead core, a bead filler filled in a space above the bead core surrounded by the carcass, a steel chafer disposed to contact an outer surface of the carcass, and a first reinforcing rubber layer provided between the bead core and the carcass in order to prevent a turnup portion of the carcass from being pulled downwards, the first reinforcing rubber layer being located around a portion of the bead core that is oriented toward a rim flange. The bead portion is improved in durability under a high-pneumatic-pressure condition by reducing the stress applied to interfaces of the edge of the carcass, the steel chafer and the nylon chafer.

    摘要: The disclosed technology generally relates to apparatuses for reducing or cancelling noise generated by a tire in motion, and more particularly to a noise-reducing apparatus including a sound-absorbing foam and a fixing structure for attaching and fixing the sound-absorbing foam to a tire. In one aspect, the noise-reducing apparatus for a tire includes a sound-absorbing foam configured to reduce noise generated by the tire by absorbing sound generated by the tire in motion when attached to an inner liner of a tire. The noise-reducing apparatus additionally includes a plurality of fixing bands configured to fix the sound-absorbing foam to an inner side of the tire. Each of the fixing bands has an attaching portion configured to be fixed to the inner side of the tire and has a pressing portion configured to bring and keep the sound-absorbing foam in contact with the inner liner. The pressing portion is configured to apply an elastic force on the sound-absorbing foam by extending and contracting. The disclosed technology also relates to a tire having the noise-reducing apparatus and a method of integrating the noise-reducing apparatus to a tire.
