Abstract: An anti-reflective coating layer with transparent non-chromaticity includes a substrate and an anti-reflection layer, the anti-reflection layer including a plurality of high reflective layers and a plurality of low reflective layers alternately disposed on the substrate, a reflectance of the anti-reflection layer being 0.01% to 1.2% throughout a wavelength range of visible ray.
