Abstract: The disclosed embodiments generally relate to transaction card constructions, and particularly, to a two-piece transaction card construction. Abstract: A method for the production of a laminated core is provided. A plurality of laminations are provided that are made of a soft-magnetic CoFe alloy and that have a first main surface and a second main surface that is located opposite the first main surface. An adhesive is applied to the first main surface of a first of the laminations by means of a printing process. The adhesive is then transferred to a partially cured B-stage. A second main surface of a second of the laminations is stacked on the B-stage adhesive, which is located on the first main surface of the first lamination, thereby forming a stack of loose laminations. The stack or the adhesive in the stack is cured, the adhesive thus being transferred to the fully cured C-stage in order to bond the first and second laminations to one another and so produce the laminated core.

Abstract: A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a process. The process includes (A) providing at least 6 film layers, each film layer being a pearlized biaxially oriented polypropylene; (B) applying a solvent-less adhesive at a coat weight of 2.0 g/m2 to 3.5 g/m2 between each film layer; and (C) forming a laminate, the laminate having a thickness of at least 300 μm. The solvent-less adhesive contains (i) a polyol component including at least one polyol selected from a polyester polyol, a polyether polyol, and combinations thereof; and (ii) an isocyanate component including an isocyanate prepolymer that is the reaction product of at least one isocyanate monomer and at least one polyol selected from a polyester polyol, a polyether polyol, and combinations thereof. The present disclosure also provides a laminate formed by said process.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a flexible display substrate using a process film and a process film for manufacturing a flexible display substrate are provided. The method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is as follows. A base layer for the flexible display substrate is prepared on a glass substrate. A packaging process is performed on the base layer to form a plurality of cells which are spaced apart from one another at a predetermined distance. The base layer is covered with the process film, after forming the plurality of cells. The base layer is separated from the glass substrate, while the base layer is laminated to the process film. The base layer is cut along each cell to form a plurality of flexible display substrates. Accordingly, the method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is provided to improve the convenience of a manufacturing process and the reliability of the manufactured flexible display substrate by manufacturing the plurality of display substrates using the process film.
