摘要： In a medical information management system, an electronic pen acquires medical information data inputted in handwriting onto a form. A graphic identification unit identifies a graphic area defined by a graphic represented by graphic data contained in the medical information, based on the acquired medical information data. A comment area identification unit identifies a comment area located in a predetermined position relative to the identified graphic area. A comment data identification unit identifies comment data inputted in handwriting to the comment area, among the acquired medical information data. A storage unit stores the acquired medical information data and the identified comment data in a manner that associates the acquired medical information data with the identified comment data.

摘要： An information reading apparatus comprises a laser diode, a mirror having a planar emission mirror unit for reflecting a laser beam emitted from the laser diode towards a target optical pattern and a concave condensing mirror unit, formed integral with the emission mirror unit, for condensing a reflection beam from the optical pattern in a predetermined direction, a photodetector, situated in such a position as not to interrupt the reflection beam from the optical pattern, for receiving the condensed reflection beam and converting the same to an electric signal, and a mirror driving apparatus for reflecting the laser beam from the scan mirror in a reciprocal rotational operation by an attractive force of a permanent magnet and a coil and a restoring force of a resilient body clamped by dampers on both sides, and reciprocally scanning the beam over a bar code within a predetermined range.

摘要： A medical service support system is provided which manages a use state of medical instrument used in medical operations with predetermined task sequence is provided. A reading unit reads use state specifying information recorded in the use state specifying information recording unit before the medical instruments are used for a certain task. A determination unit determines whether the use of the medical instrument for the task follows the task sequence from use state specifying information read.
