    摘要: In a medical information management system, an electronic pen acquires medical information data inputted in handwriting onto a form. A graphic identification unit identifies a graphic area defined by a graphic represented by graphic data contained in the medical information, based on the acquired medical information data. A comment area identification unit identifies a comment area located in a predetermined position relative to the identified graphic area. A comment data identification unit identifies comment data inputted in handwriting to the comment area, among the acquired medical information data. A storage unit stores the acquired medical information data and the identified comment data in a manner that associates the acquired medical information data with the identified comment data.

    摘要: An image recording apparatus which includes a time-serial image recording arrangement for recording time-serial images of an object, and still image filling arrangements for recoding a still image. The apparatus also includes an outputting arrangement capable of outputting an image information data of at least a part of the time-serial images to be recorded or having been recorded by the time-serial image recording arrangement, which is used as a standard for observing variations in the time-serial images of the object which occur with lapse of time. The outputting arrangement includes an extracting arrangement for extracting a selected feature of at least one image among the time-serial images as the image information to be a standard of the position and a composing arrangement for composing and outputting image information of the selected feature extracted by the extracting arrangement and for composing and outputting the time-serial images.

    摘要: Arranged within a measuring-light generating unit of an endoscope apparatus for three dimensional measurement, according to the invention, are measuring means, a lamp for outgoing a normal illuminating light, and a laser for outgoing a measuring light. Connected to the measuring means is a signal line which is connected to a CCD. Further, an illuminating light outgone from the lamp is condensed by a condenser lens, and is incident upon an incident end surface of a light guide. Furthermore, the measuring light outgone from the laser is condensed by the condensing lens, and is incident upon the incident end surface of the image guide. Moreover, the incident end of the image guide is connected to scanning means formed by a piezo-electric element, a speaker (voice coil) or the like through a connecting element. The scanning means is operated whereby the incident end of the image guide is reciprocally moved in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the measuring light. The measuring light is a light having extension or spreading. However, a flux of light of the measuring light is extremely thin, and a spot light having minimum resolution that is a single glass fiber forming the image guide is projected onto the subject.
