摘要: The present invention provides an embroidering machine which is made up of a thread station at which a plurality of spools of different colored threads are installed; a frame on which a work-piece is carried in tension mode; an embroidery stitching mechanism having a plurality of needles to which the colored threads are routed, respectively, and stitching the work-piece with the colored thread routed to a selected needle; a color recognizing device for recognizing the color of each of the threads routed to the respective needles; data reading means for reading embroidering data relating to the embroidering pattern; a comparing device matching a color indication included in the embroidering data with the color of each of the threads which is recognized by the color recognizing device, the comparing device selecting one of the threads to which the thread of the matched color is routed for determining the selected needle; and a control device for controlling the selected needle of the embroidery stitching mechanism and the frame to produce an embroidering pattern on the work-piece with the matched color thread. The color recognizing device includes an emitting portion from which a beam of light is emitted to the corresponding thread, a receiving a reflection beam of light reflected from the thread, and a light shielding device provided between the emitting portion and the receiving portion for the prevention of an entrance of light into the receiving portion except for the reflection beam of light.

摘要: An embroidery frame supporting device includes a frame member having either a fixing screw or a ferromagnetic plate, a driving mechanism for travelling in a two dimensional plane, a carriage member for supporting the frame members and for transmitting the movement of the driving mechanism to the frame member, a yoke member fixed to the carriage member, a magnetic member fixed to the yoke member, and a recess provided on the carriage member and engaging with the fixing screw. When a large or heavy frame member is fixed to the carriage member, the fixing screw is inserted into the recess. Thus, the large frame member is fixed to the carriage member with a suitable supporting force. Further, when a small frame member is fixed to the carriage member, the small or light frame member is attracted by the magnetic force of the magnet member. Thus, the small frame member is fixed to the carriage member with suitable supporting force.

摘要: An embroidering and dyeing system which is flexible for operation, enables producing high quality embroidering patterns and dyeing patterns on a cloth, and enables visualizing an ongoing process for producing the pattern. The embroidering and dyeing system includes a control device, an embroidering machine controlled by the control device, and a dyeing device separated from the control device and the embroidering machine and controlled by the control device embroiders on a work piece by the embroidering machine before or after dyeing on the work by the dyeing machine. A relative position between an embroidery pattern and a dyeing pattern is corrected. In case a thread with a color necessary for embroidering runs out, the embroidery pattern is produced by dyeing a white or transparent thread by the dyeing device.

摘要: A device includes a driving device for driving an upper shaft. A moving blade is connected to the driving device via a clutch mechanism so as to be rotated by the driving device during on-condition of the clutch mechanism. A stationary blade cuts a thread held by a holding member in cooperation with the moving blade. A detecting device stops driving of the driving device based on a signal indicating the terminating of the moving blade while the moving blade and the driving device are connected. A range detecting device detects the rotation range of the upper shaft when the driving device is stopped based on a signal from the detecting device. A restarting device restarts the driving device based on a signal from the range detecting device.

摘要: An embroidering device includes a frame from which extends a motor driven and horizontally arranged splined shaft. A moving body in the form of a sleeve is mounted on the splined shaft. The sleeve is adapted to move axially along the shaft while being rotatable in unison with the shaft. A first holding body is fixed to the sleeve and is connected to a horizontally movable bracket. The bracket is connected to a driving mechanism so that upon operation of the driving mechanism the bracket and the first holding body move horizontally. A second holding body, which holds the work piece to be embroidered, is adapted to be mounted on the first holding body. The work piece to be embroidered is rotated by rotating the shaft and is moved horizontally by horizontally moving the bracket.
