摘要： An agent for stimulating growth of animal cells in vitro comprises ginseng or an active ingredient extracted from ginseng Serum-free culture media containing the agent are disclosed. The present serum-free media contain less impure protein than serum-containing media, so that isolation and purification of substances produced by animal cells cultured therein is facilitated. The present serum-free media enhance the growth of lymphocytes in vitro, and can be used for vital cell transplant therapy, particularly for adoptive immunotherapy.

摘要： The invention relates to an agent for promoting growth in animal cells. The agent contains a serum-free medium and lysozyme. The agent can optionally contain cytokines. The invention further relates to an in vitro method of stimulating the growth of T lymphoblastoid cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes, which comprises the step of culturing the T lymphoblastoid cells or peripheral blood lymphocytes in a serum-free culture medium comprising human lysozyme, as a growth stimulating agent, at a concentration of about 4-100 mg/liter.

摘要： In a low-pressure testing apparatus for analyzing gas exhausted from cars under a condition in which air pressure is low, an exhaust-gas analyzing device is provided with a dilution tunnel for diluting exhaust gas from cars with air which is under a decompressed condition, the exhaust-gas analyzer is connected to said dilution tunnel at a supply port side thereof and arranged in a low-pressure testing room, and an exhaust intake is open to the air outside of the low-pressure testing room via airtight piping. An influence caused by the fluctuation of pressure within the low-pressure testing room upon the accuracy of anaylsis can be eliminated.
