摘要: A power transmission mechanism and a robot arm using the same are described. The power transmission mechanism at least includes a first power source, a second power source, a plurality of steel ropes, a support arm component, a stopping component and a joint component. The stopping component is disposed in the support arm component and includes a first stopping unit and a second stopping unit that rotate coaxially. The first and second power sources and the joint component are disposed at two ends of the support arm component. The first and second power sources transmit power via the first stopping unit and the second stopping unit through the plurality of steel ropes to drive the joint component to perform a two-degree-of-freedom motion. The support arm component and the joint component can be applied in an upper arm and an elbow of a robot arm, thereby constituting a multi-degree-of-freedom robot arm.

摘要: A speed-up mechanism for an injection molding machine has a front fixed plate having a through hole at the center; a rear fixed plate arranged parallel with the front fixed plate, and the rear fixed plate having at least one through hole; at least two guide bars parallel to each other arranged between the front fixed plate and the rear fixed plate in an equal distance; a movable plate slidably arranged on the guide bars between the front fixed plate and the rear fixed plate, and capable of moving toward and away; a rotary power source fixed on one side of the movable plate for providing rotary power, the rotatry power source comprising a transmission device; a fixed nut mounted on the rear fixed plate; at least one ball screw having two threads in opposite directions at two ends, the front end is engaged with the transmission device for generating a radial rotation, the rear end is engage with the fixed nut and through the rear fixed plate to generate an axial movement for the ball screw during the rotation; and at least one movable nut engaged with the front end of the ball screw to move along the ball screw during the rotation of the ball screw, the outside of the movable nut is connected to the movable plate to drive the movable plate in the axial direction during the rotation of the ball screw.

摘要: A clamping device for injection-molding machine includes a high-speed screw rod unit having a nut element screwed thereto and a movable mold holder connected to a front end thereof, a clamping screw rod unit screwed to a rear end of the nut element and connected to a transmission assembly, a pre-pressing unit adjustably tightened to the clamping screw rod unit for the latter to generate a pre-pressure against the nut element, and a braking unit adapted to brake the nut element. When the nut element is not braked, the high-speed screw rod unit is driven by the transmission assembly to move forward at high speed for closing mold. And, when the nut element is braked and the clamping screw rod unit is driven by the transmission assembly to rotate relative to the nut element, the nut element is linearly pushed forward to generate a high-pressure clamping force during closing mold.

摘要: A clamping device for injection molding machine is proposed. The clamping device has a movable mold holder, a guiding unit, a screw rod unit, a transmission unit, a first clamping unit, and a second clamping unit. Power from the driving source is transmitted via the transmission unit to the screw rod unit, so as to drive the movable mold holder to move in reciprocating motion. When the mold is actuated to close, the first clamping unit engages to a gear wheel member of the screw rod unit. The gear wheel member and the first clamping unit are driven by the second clamping unit to move for generating a rotational torque, and to drive the screw rod unit for generating a clamping thrust.

摘要: An automatic embossing device for plastic floor tile comprises a main frame, a pressing wheel module, a tape supply control wheel module, a position mark sensing module, a tape tension-balancing module, and a tape supply module. When the pressing process for plastic floor tile is performed, the rotation speed of the pressing wheel is first set. The rotation speed of the tape supply control wheel is then set. A zero-point position of rotation angle on the pressing wheel is randomly set. A computer is used to partition and determine a plurality of angle positions; The computer is used to compare the signal of the angle position to that of the position mark on the printed tape to obtain a time difference when the pressing process starts. A distance difference is obtained from the time difference. The computer is used to calculate out the speed compensation according to the rotation speed of the tape supply, control wheel and to adjust immediately the rotation speed of the tape supply control wheel. The angle position and the position mark on the printed tape can thus be kept synchronous at any time. The shift between the pattern on the pressing wheel and the printed pattern on the tape is input to the computer. The computer uses the shift to adjust automatically the zero-point position of rotation angle on the pressing wheel. The pattern on the pressing wheel overlaps the printed pattern on the tape. Normal position adjustment process is then performed. The rotation is thus automatic and continuous.
