An automatic embossing device for plastic floor tile comprises a main frame, a pressing wheel module, a tape supply control wheel module, a position mark sensing module, a tape tension-balancing module, and a tape supply module. When the pressing process for plastic floor tile is performed, the rotation speed of the pressing wheel is first set. The rotation speed of the tape supply control wheel is then set. A zero-point position of rotation angle on the pressing wheel is randomly set. A computer is used to partition and determine a plurality of angle positions; The computer is used to compare the signal of the angle position to that of the position mark on the printed tape to obtain a time difference when the pressing process starts. A distance difference is obtained from the time difference. The computer is used to calculate out the speed compensation according to the rotation speed of the tape supply, control wheel and to adjust immediately the rotation speed of the tape supply control wheel. The angle position and the position mark on the printed tape can thus be kept synchronous at any time. The shift between the pattern on the pressing wheel and the printed pattern on the tape is input to the computer. The computer uses the shift to adjust automatically the zero-point position of rotation angle on the pressing wheel. The pattern on the pressing wheel overlaps the printed pattern on the tape. Normal position adjustment process is then performed. The rotation is thus automatic and continuous.

An injection unit of injection machine operates to drive a time-belt pulley associated with a thrust bearing, a bevel ball-bearing, and a bearing nut to make a ball-bearing guiding screw move swiftly to in turn drive a movable plate to perform an injection stroke. The injection pressure transmitted backwards by a plasticized auger is sensed by a load bearer equipped with a pressure sensor something like a strain gauge. After an injection stroke, by means of another time-belt pulley and a shaft coupling, the plasticized auger is restored to its original position and ready for a next cyclic motion. During the cyclic injection process, the load bearer is in charge of sensing the pressure change and reckoning the back pressure in order to obtain the best injection quality.

A screw rotating and advancing device for an injection molding machine, in which a movable pressure plate is provided with a servomotor to drive a ball screw in association with a ball nut provided at a rear fixing plate, so that the movable pressure plate homogeneously drives a screw shaft passing through a front fixing plate to perform the operations of injection, holding pressure, and measuring back-pressure; and accomplish a close-loop control of the pressure of molding material by using a force sensor. The other side of the movable pressure plate is provided with a servomotor to rotate the screw shaft, so that the rotational speed of the screw shaft can be precisely controlled. Furthermore, the present invention includes a pre-load system including at least two pre-loaded hydraulic cylinders, at least tow pistons and a communicating tube to balance the pressure difference between the prepressurized hydraulic cylinders. Whereby the length of the device can be reduced to save the room occupied by the injection molding machine, and the wearing-out caused by the using of conventional spline shaft and spline groove can be avoided. The present invention also provides evenly force to drive the movable pressure plate and a close-loop control for injection pressure of the molten material, to facilitate precisely injection molding processing.

Protruding from the center of an upper side of the rotating casing, there is a rotating shaft. One end of each fan-shaped filter segment is in contact with the rotating shaft, and one side of its lower surface has a formation of a glue area to be glued onto an upper side of the motor, forming a rear clearance from the upper side. The filter segments are joined to each other to become a ring shape surrounding the rotating shaft. A center hole of the ring-shaped obstructing plate is mounted on the rotating shaft, keeping a clearance from the filter segment. On the outside of the obstructing plate is a ring recess. The invention provides ways of heat insulation and radiation for the filter segments, to enhance product quality.

The first base is threadedly secured to the bed. The barrel has one end secured to the first base. The power unit is fixed on the second base. The links each have one end connected to the first base and the other end connected to the second base. The screw driver between the bases is moved under the guidance of the injection guide links. The injection guide links penetrate through the second base, having one end secured to the screw driver with the injection connecting plate provided in the second base. The injection connecting plate is pivotably secured to the power unit. These features are adopted to the deformation caused by heat, and provide a closed loop of force, isolation of deformation, and a modular design that is particularly suitable to high speed injection molding.
