    摘要: A damping positioner is installed in a headrail track of an automatic roll-up blind and works with an automatic winding mechanism of the roll-up blind. The damping positioner includes a positioner that is disposed in the headrail track as well as a damper that is connected at an end of the positioner and is able to rotate freely. An interior of the damper is provided with a spring assembly, a gear assembly and a brake set. The winding speed of the roll-up blind is controlled by the gear assembly and the brake set, such that the roll-up blind can be rolled up moderately. Moreover, the damping positioner is installed in the headrail track without being exposed; therefore, the integrity of appearance of the roll-up blind can be reserved.

    摘要: A method of making a window blind includes following steps. Firstly, plural base fabrics are cut out, each base fabric is provided with a first end surface and a second end surface, and two opposite sides of the base fabric are formed respectively with a first bending section and a second bending section. Secondly, the first bending section and the second bending section of the base fabric are folded toward the first end surface of the base fabric, forming an opening above the first end surface between the first bending section and the second bending section. Thirdly, surfaces of the opening are coated with an adhesive and the base fabrics coated with the adhesive are stacked vertically that the adhesive on the lower base fabric is attached on the second end surface of the upper base fabric, allowing the base fabrics to be adhered and fixed by the adhesive.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a substrate of blind slats. A substrate is wrapped by a cladding material to form a slat substrate, which facilitates a post-processing to form a slat that can be applied to a blind. A side of the cladding material is coated with an adhesive agent and the cladding material is bended in advance by cold pressing to facilitate wrapping the substrate in the cladding material. Next, the cladding material is adhered with the substrate by hot melting. Accordingly, when a blind slat is formed after the slat substrate has been undergone with a post-processing, a natural and soft texture of the slat can be improved, a hard cold sense of metals can be decreased, as well as a danger of chemical substances can be reduced.

    摘要: A blind structure is formed by adhering plural soft materials and is expanded and collected vertically by using a cord. Each soft material is in a loop shape and the blind structure is formed by interconnecting two neighboring soft materials with an adhesive agent. Plural through-holes are provided between the two neighboring soft materials, allowing the cord to be transfixed into these through-holes. Accordingly, the vertical expansion and collection of the blind is controlled by the cord and the loop-shaped soft material can achieve a double-layered blind effect when being expanded. Moreover, the cord can be contained completely in the soft material to be hidden completely, thereby providing a blind that is provided with a better light shading effect and can be used more safely.
