    摘要: An adjusting lever for a gas flow controller includes a stator disposed at top a groove and inserted with a washer to pack the adjusting lever to an inner wall of a locking hole of a rotor to prevent gas leak. A chamfer is provided at one end of the stator. A blank flange is provided around an opening in front of the locking hole of the rotor. The blank flange is axially punched into a flange by mechanical force to wrap up the chamfer thus to pivot and secure the adjusting lever to the rotor.

    摘要: A gas control valve featuring magnetic control and a gas ignition system having the same are disclosed. The gas control valve includes a main body and a magnetic control assembly. The main body has a valve base and a control lever. The control lever is movably connected to the valve base. The magnetic control assembly has a magnetic member and a magnetic control switch. The magnetic member is installed in one of the valve base and the control lever, while the magnetic control switch is installed in the other of the valve base and the control lever. When the control lever moves to an ignition position, the magnetic control switch is affected by the magnetic member and forms a closed circuit. The magnetic control assembly is incorporated in the gas control valve in a modularized manner, and can be easily maintained and repaired.

    摘要: A safety device for a gas valve includes a valve seat, a valve cap, a press bar, an electronic valve, and a thermocouple. The valve cap comprises a passage interconnected with a main gas channel and a gas ignition channel. The passage is formed with a neck. A valve body provided in the gas ignition channel comprises a push bar. The press bar and the electronic valve are disposed at respective sides of the neck. When the press bar is pushed to engage with the neck, an elastic block provided on the electronic valve retreats from the neck and a switch plate provided on the elastic block moves simultaneously to push the push bar of the valve body upward so as to open the gas ignition channel.

    摘要: A plug valve with linear flow control and a method for designing the plug valve are disclosed. The plug valve has a valve body and a plug being rotatably inserted into the valve body. The valve body has an air inlet communicated to a through hole formed on the plug. The plug has a flow-regulating slot communicated with an air outlet of the valve body. When the plug rotates, the air outlet of the valve body successively overlaps the flow-regulating slot at a starting position, an adjusting position and an ending position defined along the flow-regulating slot. Where the air outlet of the valve body overlaps the flow-regulating slot at the positions is defined as a venting area. The venting area changes linearly from the starting position, the adjusting position to the ending position. The plug valve therefore provides flow control that is relatively linear.
