摘要： A floating and preventing overturn device is described. The floating and preventing overturn device includes a flat-top base, and a pillar coupling to a bottom surface of the flat-top base and extending therefrom. The flat-top base is a floating body for floating desired equipment on the water. The pillar further includes a weight member fixed on the bottom end of the pillar to keep the center of gravity of the floating and preventing overturn device under the water and the balance thereof. The floating and preventing overturn device further includes a balancing member coupled to the bottom end of the pillar. The balancing member includes a plurality of balancing plates vertical to the water level when the floating and preventing overturn device balances on the water level. Therefore, the balancing plates can generate a reaction force to keep the floating and preventing overturn device stable.

摘要： Disclosed is an adjustable fixing device of a CCD plate comprising at least a central supporter and a mask device. The central supporter is made of non-transparency material. The mask device and the central supporter are approximately combined by a supporting device. The mask device and the central supporter are moved with respect to one another in a traveling range. An adhesive agent is filled to the place between the mask device and the central supporter for combining the mask device and the central supporter in a fixing position in the traveling range. Thereby, the central supporter is made of non-transparency material without needing to be performed with light shield process or installed with light shield element for effectively reducing cost. A preferred guiding structure is formed between the central supporter and the mask device for guiding the central supporter and the mask device so that they may move steadily. A larger adhesive area is formed between the central supporter and the mask device so that the central supporter and the mask device are more steadily combined.
