摘要： A corrosion-preventing structure for protecting reinforcing bars in reinforced concrete from corrosion. This corrosion-preventing structure comprises an adhesive layer, a swelling agent layer with a water-absorbing polymer blended therein, and a protective cover layer which layers are successively formed onto the surface of the reinforced concrete to be protected from corrosion.
