摘要： Provided are amino functionalized ORMOSIL nanoparticles. Also provided are compositions comprising such particles and compositions in which the nanoparticles are complexed to polynucleotides. The complexing of polynucleotides to the amino functionalized ORMOSIL nanoparticles protects the polynucleotides from environmental damage. These complexes can be used for delivery of polynucleotides to cells.
