摘要： A hair cosmetic composition having a strong gelation-preventive property comprising about 0.1 to about 10% by weight of a certain quaternary ammonium salt, about 0.05 to about 3.0% by weight of a certain 1-hydroxy-2-pyridone salt, about 0.05 to about 20% by weight of a certain polyol derivative, and a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
