摘要： A network connection method and apparatus for improving network connection performance of a mobile station in a Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) system is provided. A network connection method of the present invention includes checking whether a cell change from a first cell to a second cell is detected while waiting for a network connection request message, after an acquisition of a synchronization with a first base station associated with the first cell, determining, if the cell change is detected, whether a synchronization is acquired with a second base station associated with the second cell and whether the network connection request message is detected, initiating, if the network connection request message is detected after the synchronization is acquired with the second base station, a network entry procedure, saving, if the network connection request message is detected before the synchronization is acquired with the second base station, the network connection request message in a buffer, and initiating, if the synchronization is acquired with the second base station after saving the network connection request message, a network entry procedure using the network connection request message saved in the buffer.

摘要： A wireless broadband (WiBro) station is capable of supporting Quality of Service (QoS), and a method provides the QoS service in a WiBro network. A High_MAC processor is additionally constructed to parse a packet inputted from an application layer, assigns a QoS class according to a feature of the parsed packet, and transmits the packet through a channel corresponding to the assigned QoS class, thereby performing a QoS service through a separate QoS processing module provided between the application layer and a Media Access Control (MAC) layer. Thus, a burden imposed on the MAC layer is reduced, and a faster QoS service is provided.

The connection control method for a mobile communication system, which includes at least one radio access station for providing communication service to a portable subscriber station, and at least one access control router for controlling the radio access station, includes relaying, at a radio access station, an initial ranging request message from the portable subscriber station to an access control router; transmitting, at the access control router received the initial ranging request message, an initial ranging response message to the radio access station and neighbor radio access stations; and relaying, at a radio access station currently synchronized with the portable subscriber station and received the initial ranging response message, the initial ranging response message to the portable subscriber station.

摘要： Disclosed is an environment-friendly, pH-neutral, loaded stream extinguishant and a method for preparing the same. The extinguishant is prepared from a mixture of a fire extinguishable component, an organic acid, a surfactant and water. It is very effective in controlling A class fires, as well as showing excellent flame retardance. Also, the extinguishant is neutral in pH so as to neither corrode extinguisher parts, nor affect soil negatively. It can be also applied to portable extinguishers.

摘要： A system and a method for monitoring Quality of Service (QoS) in a broadband wireless network use previously designated QoS to continuously provide stable QoS to a wireless terminal in the broadband wireless network when the wireless terminal is handed off from one base station to another. In the system for monitoring QoS, a monitoring server receives and monitors QoS information in real time from base stations having synchronized time information. When a wireless terminal in a service zone of a first base station requests to be handed off to a second base station, the monitoring server determines a QoS level according to QoS information of the second base station, and then transmits the QoS level simultaneously to the first and second base stations.
