摘要:
An open modular ditch liner includes a plurality of open liner sections and at least one channel alignment key. The at least one channel alignment key is sized to receive a thickness of two adjacent open liner sections. An erosion barrier insert may be placed between the ends of two adjacent open liner sections. A radius liner insert may be placed between the ends of two adjacent open liner sections. The width of an open liner section may be expanded with a plurality of side connection keys and a plurality of expandable liner sections. A plurality of pitch expandable liner sections may be inserted between the plurality of open liner sections and expandable liner sections. At least one side of the plurality of open liner sections and expandable liner sections may be mitered.

Modular drainage components include a curb liner section, a culvert receiver, a secondary connector, a trapezoidal ditch liner section and a curved ditch liner section. A plurality of curb liner sections are inserted between a roadway and a strip of land to block overflow from the roadway. The culvert receiver is placed between a open ditch liner section and a culvert. The secondary connector provides a flow path for secondary flow to or from a primary flow. A plurality of trapezoidal ditch liner sections or a plurality of curved ditch liner sections may be placed end to end to form a radiused path of flow.

A manhole channel liner includes a plurality of channel liner sections. The manhole channel liner routes the flow between at least two pipes that enter a wall of a manhole. Each channel liner section includes a flow channel formed in a top thereof. The plurality of channel liner sections are laid in the manhole to connect the flow from at least one inlet pipe extending through a wall of the manhole to at least one outlet pipe. The manhole channel liner is preferably held in place with a wet pour material, after thereof have been aligned. The plurality of channel liner sections may be retained in place with at least one alignment key.

A closed modular ditch liner includes a plurality of closed liner sections, a plurality of covers, and at least one alignment key. The cross section of each closed liner section includes at least one trough contour and a single cover retention lip formed on a top end of each side thereof. Each cover is laterally retained between the two cover retention lips. A key slot is preferably formed on at least one side of the closed liner section to receive a single alignment key. However, alignment keys that do not require a key slot may also be used.

A width expandable modular erosion control tile system includes a plurality of open liner tiles and a plurality of expandable liner tiles. Either a female curved surface or a male curved surface is formed on opposing sides of each open liner tile. The male curved surface pivots relative to the female curved surface, upon contact. The male and female curved surfaces allow separate liner tiles to be retained relative to each other at different angles to conform to the shape of a ditch. A roadway boundary marker includes a plurality of interlocking segments. A male interlocking surface is formed on one end of the interlocking segment and a female interlocking surface is formed on the other end of the interlocking segment. A plurality of ridges are preferably formed on a top of the interlocking segment. A reflective material is mixed into the interlocking segment.
