摘要: A disposable sandal is adapted to apply an advertising message repeatedly into sandy soil at a beach or the like. The sandal is formed of sheet material, and a pair of blind-ended slits in the sheet material define an elongate stem and a strap integral with and extending to either side of the stem. The sheet material is sufficiently flexible that the stem and strap can be raised by hand from the general plane of the sheet material. The stem is received between the wearer's toes and the strap is fitted over the wearer's foot to retain the sandal. The sandal has a lower exposed surface with projections defining a mirror image of the advertising message. The projections are sufficiently large that the advertising message is stamped repeatedly into the soil in a form intelligible to the unassisted human eye, as the wearer walks.

摘要: An undergarment is fabricated with a body portion of a size and configuration to cover the lower torso of a person and with an upper body encircling opening and lower leg encircling openings. The garment is further sized to extend from proximate a person's waist to proximate where a person's legs join their lower torso and so as to cover at least the lower buttock cheeks of a person. Inside panels extend down and within each side of the panty and then in an arc across the area thereof to be disposed proximate a person's lower buttock cheeks. A relatively thin piece of foam rubber is sewn between the inside panel and the body portion fabric in the area thereof to be disposed proximate a persons buttock cheeks to shape and uplift the buttock cheeks. In an alternate embodiment the inside panel only extends across the area of the lower buttock cheeks.

摘要: An insole insert comprises a body having a bottom portion, a heel edge, a lateral side edge, a medial side edge, a depression portion spaced generally centrally beneath the user's first metatarsal phalangeal joint, a heel portion formed along the heel lateral side edges and extending forwardly to just rearwardly of the user's fifth metatarsal phalangeal joint, and an arch portion formed along the medial side edge and extending forwardly to just rearwardly of the depression portion. The heel portion and the arch portion, which form a channel that is laterally angularly offset relative to the insole insert, are configured to cooperatively redistribute the normally greater weight-generated forces applied to the inner and more bony regions of the user's heel outwardly toward the outer and more fleshy regions of the user's heel. The bottom portion, the depression portion, the heel portion, and the arch portion are configured to cooperatively redistribute weight-generated forces operatively bearing against the sole of the user's foot such that greater weight-generated forces normally bearing against certain regions of the arch and forefoot of the user's foot are substantially reduced and redistributed toward other regions whereat smaller weight-bearing forces normally bear against the sole of the user's foot.

摘要: A pair of breast receiving cups are carried in spaced relationship by a body encircling portion of a brassiere. Clamp means are provided to position and maintain the brassiere in position on a person with their breasts disposed in the breast receiving cups. A pair of shoulder straps are carried by the brassiere to facilitate its disposition when worn. Each breast receiving cups includes a centrally disposed support portion that is sized and configured to be wider at a position thereof beneath the wearer's breast and which extends therefrom tapering inwardly, passing over the wearer's nipple to a relatively narrow end connected to the bra strap above what would otherwise be an upper periphery of the breast cup. Each support portion includes a substantially 1/16 inch thick foam piece covered by a piece of material with an aesthetic surface treatment such as lace all secured together by being peripherally sewn into the breast cup construction.

摘要: A method of automatically returning calls to callers (18) who have recorded a message in an ACD mail (22C) controlled message bin (22D) of a voice response unit (22) in response to a stored announcement in an announcement table (22B) selected in accordance with call statistics in a statistics table (22A) from an automatic call distributor (12) to provide the caller with queue information when no agent stations (14) are available. In one mode of operation (FIG. 4), the recorded voice message in queue is automatically provided to an agent when one becomes available in the same manner as an incoming call except an indication is given to the agent station (14) that the incoming call is, in fact, a prerecorded message which requires a cell back. The agent must obtain the telephone number from the recorded voice message and then input the multidigit number to place a return call. In other modes of operation (FIGS. 5 and 6), DTMF tones (D) recorded with the voice message are employed to enable the agent to auto dial the return call in response to the recorded message. In one of these other modes of operation (FIG. 6), the calls are automatically placed by an ACD control computer (20) and connected to an available agent station (14) the same as an original incoming call when answer detection occurs. If no answer detection occurs within a predetermined time limit, then the recorded message is returned to the queue on a preselected priority basis, and after a preselected number of unsuccessful attempts, the number and related information is printed on a printer (32) and removed from storage in the message bin (22D).
