    摘要： A ballast housing has a bottom wall, a sidewall extending in a first direction from the bottom wall, and a first compartment that is defined between the bottom wall and the sidewall, with a first access opening remote from the bottom wall. The housing further includes an interior wall extending from its bottom wall in the first direction and is located completely within the first compartment, and a second compartment that is defined by the interior wall and is isolated from the first compartment by the interior wall. The second compartment includes a second access opening adjacent the bottom wall. A first component can be disposed in the first compartment and a second component can be disposed in the second compartment with the second compartment isolating the second component from the first component in the first compartment.

    摘要： A luminaire housing includes a frame having a securing member, a door panel movable between open and closed positions relative to the frame, and a hinge member. The hinge member pivotally connects the door panel and the securing member and includes a fixed end portion, a first angled ramp portion, a second angled ramp portion, and a centering portion. The fixed end portion is attached to the door panel and the first angled ramp portion extends from it. The fixed end portion includes an open hinge surface. The second angled ramp portion extends from the first angled portion and the centering end portion extends from the second angled ramp portion, forming a closed hinge surface between them. The open hinge surface of the first hinge member is in contact with the securing member of the frame when the door panel is in the open position. The closed hinge surface is in contact with the securing member when the door panel is in the closed position allowing the first hinge member to be in continuous contact with the securing member when the door panel is moved between the open and closed positions.

    摘要： A lighting fixture includes a housing, a frame, and a hinge assembly pivotally coupling the frame to the housing. The hinge assembly includes a first hinge part fixed to and extending from the housing and has first and second support arms and a pin extending between the support arms. A centering bar is located between the first and second support arms. The hinge assembly also includes a second hinge part extending from the frame and slidably engaged with the first hinge part. The second hinge part has a first arcuate lead arm and a first trap arm defining a receiving area between the lead arm and the trap arm. The pin of the first hinge part is received in the receiving area of the second hinge part. This allows the second hinge part to slide relative to the pin. Each of the lead and trap arms of the second hinge part is disposed near opposite sides of the centering bar of the first hinge part.

    摘要： A lighting fixture frame with two diecast hinges. One part of each hinge has a split trough molded-in with the body of the mounting member. One side of the split trough has a molded ball rib. The second part of each hinge has two pins molded-in with the lens frame. The pins extend parallel to the edge of the frame. One pin from the hinge has a ball groove located around its base. The ball rib and ball groove slide together for centering and allowing ample clearance between the body and the frame. A lock can releasably cover one pin of each hinge, to retain pins in the troughs, while allowing the hinges to pivot.

    摘要： A light shielding and reflecting device is connected to a luminaire reflector that is quickly and easily adjustable to alter the emitted beam configuration. The luminaire includes a housing, a lamp with optical sides mounted in the housing, a main reflector mounted in the housing about the lamp, and a removable reflector shield having a plurality of tabs releasably engaging openings in the main reflector. The shield is positioned to block light from emitting into an undesired area and redirects that light to a desired area. A second shield can be used depending on the desired beam configuration.
