    摘要: A system for collecting and storing performance data for an engine is provided. The system includes one or more sensors configured to generate sensor data signals representative of one or more engine data performance parameters. The system further includes a data sampling component, a data quantizing component, a data storage sampling rate component, a data encoding component and a data storage component. The data sampling component is configured to sample the sensor data signals at a data sampling rate. The data quantizing component is configured to generate quantized data samples corresponding to the sampled sensor data signals. The data storage sampling rate component is configured to determine a data storage sampling rate for the quantized data samples, based on an analysis of at least a subset of the quantized data samples. The data encoding component is configured to encode the quantized data samples according to the data storage sampling rate, and the data storage component is configured to store the encoded data samples from the encoding component.

    摘要: The present invention analyses an existing legacy system, such as a Physician's Office Management System, and automatically extracts, reformats and sends required data to a service company, which may be for example, and insurance company. It begins by feeding the legacy system "seed data" and monitors the legacy system storage device to determine a "raw map" of where and how the seed data is stored. It then culls out multiple records, single records, inconsistent records in the raw map. Control flow information is also extracted. This indicates which fields are "key" fields and are used to extract other information. These key fields must be acquired before their related data. After the data is located and the order is determined, a script is automatically created to extract the data. The data is then extracted and reformatted in a predetermined format determined by the service company, and the required data is automatically sent, by conventional means, to the service company.

    摘要: Image objects within two-dimensional images are identified by locating boundary points that describe line segments that define a polygon outlining each object. Processing follows lines of pixels between boundary points to determine whether additional pixels are a part of the same image object by reference to a discriminator, such as color. Boundary points are thus identified for contiguous pixels and contiguous lines. Arm-like regions are identified by recursive analysis in a similar manner. The resulting boundary point list may serve to identify the image object, such as for labeling or tagging in web-based manuals, catalogs, and so forth.
