    Abstract: A metal wood golf club head of hollow construction incorporating a center of gravity (CG) depth of at least 40 mm, 1.57″, or greater, as measured rearwardly from the leading edge of the striking face, in combination with a shaft bore in the club head having a 0.370 bore diameter. The vertical height of the metal wood is half the club's breadth dimension between the front and rear of the club head and the vertical CG location is no greater than half the CG depth dimension. A bounce angle is incorporated into the leading portion of the bottom sole of the club head.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, an adjustable putter includes a club body defining a substantially planar face for striking a golf ball, and a hosel including a hosel neck and a hosel adapter configured to be received within a hosel chamber defined by the club body. The hosel adapter defines an interior channel. The adjustable putter also includes a shaft attachable to the hosel neck, and a housing column. The hosel adapter is configured to rotate about the housing column so as to adjust a lie angle of the hosel neck, and the hosel chamber is configured to prevent rotation of the hosel adapter from increasing the lie angle beyond a predetermined value.

    Abstract: A golf club vibration dampening and sound attenuation system including an elongated shaft, a club head, a resilient insert assembly, a dampener, and a grip. The shaft has a distal shaft end and a proximal shaft end. The club head is coupled to the distal shaft end, and includes a front wall and a sole portion. The front wall has a rearwardly sloped front strike side and a rear side. The sole portion rearwardly extends from a lower region of the rear side. The rear side and the sole portion define a cavity and a recess. The recess downwardly extends into the sole portion. A resilient insert assembly is positioned in and substantially fills the recess. The insert assembly is coupled to one or both of the sole portion and the lower region. The dampener is disposed within the shaft and has at least one annular radially extending projection.

    Abstract: A golf club includes a clubhead and a curved or bent shaft which has a tip end which extends at an angle relative to the remainder of the shaft. The tip end of the shaft is attached to a hosel on the clubhead and extends upwardly and forwardly from the clubhead. The upper end of the shaft extends away from the clubhead to provide the lie angle of the club. The angled tip end moves the upper end of the shaft forwardly relative to the center of gravity of the clubhead, and increases the ability to rotate the face of the clubhead back to a square position during the golf swing.
