摘要： Provided is a controlled-release formulation of tamsulosin hydrochloride, which includes a granular core, and a drug-coating layer coated on the granular core, including the tamsulosin hydrochloride and a release-controlling agent selected from the group consisting of (a) a first copolymer of 1 part by weight of ethylacrylate, 2 parts by weight of methylmethacrylate, and 0.1 parts by weight of trimethylammonioethyl methacrylate chloride, (b) a mixture of the first copolymer and a second copolymer of 1 part by weight of ethylacrylate, 2 parts by weight of methylmethacrylate, and 0.2 parts by weight of trimethylammonioethyl methacrylate chloride, the weight ratio between the first copolymer and the second copolymer being 1: 0.05 to 0.2, and (c) polyvinylacetate. A process for preparing the controlled-release formulation of the tamsulosin hydrochloride is also provided.

The underpants includes an underpants body having penis and scrotum outlet ports so as to pull out a user's penis and scrotum respectively, a penis receiving part having a tube shape of which both ends are open so that one end of the penis receiving part is coupled with the penis outlet port wherein the penis protrudes out of the underpants body through the penis outlet port so as to be received in the penis receiving part, and a scrotum receiving part of which one end is coupled with the scrotum outlet port so that the scrotum protruding out of the underpants body through the scrotum outlet port is received in the scrotum receiving part.

摘要： Provided is a novel preparation method of (Z)-7-chloro-((S)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxamido)-2-heptenoic acid represented by the following formula (1), a key intermediate of cilastatin used as a supplement to imipenem. The novel preparation method of the invention produces a pure (Z)-7-chloro-((S)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxamido)-2-heptenoic acid, a key intermediate of cilastatin, by selective hydrolysis of E isomers.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an electrowetting system based on the electrowetting phenomenon. The electrowetting system comprises an electrolyte solution and optionally an insulating solution wherein the electrolyte solution includes a first salt having a molar mass of 100 or below and a solubility of 27 g or above in 100 g of water, a second salt (a chaotropic salt) containing an ion with a negative Jones-Dole coefficient (B), a third salt containing an ion with a Setschenow constant (ks) of 0.150 or above, and the salts are in the range of 10 to 30% by weight with respect to the total weight of the electrolyte solution. A mixture of the salts having different inherent characteristics is used as the electrolyte solution of the electrowetting system. Taking into consideration all factors, such as solubility, freezing point, changes in viscosity according to temperature variation and separation between the insulating solution and the electrolyte solution, the electrolyte solution satisfies reliability in terms of temperature variation.
