    摘要: A power control method for a terminal, including: obtaining, by the terminal, a quality parameter of a received signal, a receiving power of a code channel occupied by the terminal and a power of code channels in a cell having the same carrier frequency and the same time slot as those of the code channel occupied by the terminal respectively, according to a received signal quality; determining the minimum receiving power which is permitted by the code channel occupied by the terminal according to the power of the code channels in the cell having the same carrier frequency and the same time slot as those of the code channel occupied by the terminal; and generating a power control command according to a determined minimum receiving power, the receiving power of the code channel occupied by the terminal and the quality parameter of the received signal.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for low-density parity-check (LDPC) coding and decoding. The coding method includes the following steps: constructing each layer of a check matrix of a layered LDPC code used as an error correcting code; when data is initially sent by a data transmitting terminal, performing first-layer-coding of the data to be sent by using the first layer of a check matrix of the LDPC code, sending the first-layer-coded data; when data for (n−1)th retransmission is sent by the data transmitting terminal, performing nth-layer-coding of the data by using the nth layer of a check matrix of the LDPC code, sending the nth-layer-coded data, wherein n is an integer no less than 2. It is possible to reduce the system overhead, decrease the decoding delay, and improve the decoding performance by using the technical solution of the present invention which is also adapted to high-speed data services.

    摘要: Finding a channel impulse response estimation window in a current cell for at least one mobile terminal in a neighboring cell is disclosed. This can serve to mitigate interference caused by mobile terminals in neighboring cells in and among communications ongoing in a current cell. In one example, a method for A method for determining such a channel impulse response estimation window includes presetting, in the neighboring cell, at least two channel impulse response peak locations of respective mobile terminals in first and second predetermined periods with a predetermined peak location change pattern, and then upon receiving communication from a mobile terminal of the neighboring cell, analyzing channel impulse responses to identify the peak location change pattern with regard to first and second peak locations. The method further includes identifying a variation range for a channel impulse response of a primary path of the mobile terminal, and determining a channel impulse response estimation window for the mobile terminal based on the identified variation range and a preferred estimation window size.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a power control method for a base station, including: adjusting, by the base station, a transmit power of a code-channel occupied by a terminal according to a power control command from the terminal; determining a permitted minimum code-channel power according to an adjusted transmit power of the code-channel occupied by the terminal; correcting the transmit power of the code-channel occupied by the terminal according to the minimum code-channel power; and transmitting signals to the terminal according to a corrected transmit power of the code-channel occupied by each terminal. By the present invention, the signal power difference between different users is controlled, the stability of the wireless link is improved, and the quality of system communication is guaranteed.
