The measuring method is as follows: the single-γ phase volume fraction meter and the dual-γ phase volume fraction meter measure the gas content GVF and the water content WC respectively; the pressure differential type flow measuring device measures the differential pressure ΔP of the total flow rate; the computing unit computes the oil flow rate Qo, the gas flow rate Qg and the water flow rate Qw.

Its separating method is to make the oil-gas-water multiphase flow move in vortex, and thus to realize the gas-liquid separation, then to measure the gas content of the separated liquid phase by using the γ ray phase volume fraction meter and to send out control information as judged by the magnitude of the gas content in the liquid phase, so as to control the opening of the adjusting valve of the gas circuit, thus to achieve adjustment of the gas-liquid separation effects, and to control the gas content of the liquid phase to a certain range.
