    摘要: A tool path part program modification system of an NC machine tool according to an aspect of the present disclosure, includes: an HMI unit which receives a tool path part program having one or more processing blocks which automate and perform tool paths for processing a work piece by using tools of the NC machine tool; an NC kernel unit which interprets the part program inputted to the HMI unit for each processing block, and generates each processing block information; a tool path modification module unit which sequentially calls the processing block information interpreted by the NC kernel unit, and modifies a consecutive rapid transfer processing block group such that tool paths are reduced and collision between the tool and the work piece does not occur, when the consecutive rapid transfer processing block group is present in which the predetermined reference number or more of processing blocks including rapid transfer commands are consecutively included; and a simulator unit which simulates the part program for each processing block interpreted by the NC kernel unit.

The reflection-type micro display projection system includes a light source, an optical system, a reflection-type liquid crystal display panel, a projection lens, and a screen. When the incident angle of the light beam, which is output from an illumination lens of the optical system and input to a polarization beam splitter on the basis of the normal of the boundary face of the polarization beam splitter, is α, the refractive angle of the light beam refracted inside the polarization beam splitter is β, and the refractive index of the polarization beam splitter is n, n×sin β=sin α. The refractive index n is larger than 1.6 and smaller than 2.0. The refractive angle β is smaller than 75°.

The present invention can eliminate the reflective light on the internal optical surface of the optical system, using the phase plate and linear polarizer, in the color sequential driving of illuminating at least two colors on the single display panel at a random moment. The phase plate converts the incident light from a linearly polarized light to a circularly polarized light, and vice versa. And, the linear polarizer transmits the linearly polarized light of the incident light in the specific direction. Therefore, the present invention prevents the degradation of color purity generated from the mutual intrusion of light of at least two colors, thereby enhancing quality of color image.

    摘要: The present invention provides an illumination system and projection system using the same.
