摘要： The present invention relates to a culture medium suitable for inducing dendritic cell differentiation comprising an effective amount of secretory immunoglobulins A (SIgA) and also to a method for obtaining a population of tolerogenic dendritic cells from cells, in particular monocytes. The present invention relates to uses of tolerogenic dendritic cells thus obtained in therapy and in induction of transplant tolerance.
