摘要： The invention concerns a process for stabilizing the enzyme 1-methylhydantoinase (NMHase) which is characterized in that the NMHase is treated with divalent metal ions, a nucleoside triphosphate and a complexing agent which complexes these divalent metal ions. In addition the invention concerns the use of an enzyme stabilized in this way in a method for the determination of an analyte in which 1-methylhydantoin is converted, as well as a corresponding reagent.
