Abstract: A carbon dioxide (CO2) separation membrane plant abnormality detection system includes: an entrance unit through which gas containing CO2 enters a plant including a CO2 separation membrane module; a separation membrane module; a permeation unit configured to discharge the gas with the relatively high CO2 concentration, which is discharged from the separation membrane module, to the outside of the plant; a residue unit configured to discharge the gas with the relatively low CO2 concentration, which is discharged from the separation membrane module, to the outside of the plant; a measurer configured to measure information; and a controller configured to determine the presence of an abnormality, wherein the controller determines whether the plant is in an abnormal situation.

Abstract: A carbon dioxide (CO2) separation membrane module performance evaluation system and device may include a simulated gas supply line configured to simulate a gas composition of boiler exhaust gas and supply the gas to a module unit part; the module unit part including a CO2 separation membrane module and configured to cause the gas to permeate through the CO2 separation membrane module and separately discharge permeated gas, to a permeation line, and separately discharge passed gas to a passage line; a discharge line configured to combine the gases and discharge the combined gas to the outside of the system; an analyzer part configured to collect each of the gas, analyze components thereof, and evaluate performance of the module; a refiner part to remove pollutants; a measurer part to measure a flow rate, a temperature, and a pressure; and a controller part to determine a state of the overall system.

Abstract: A carbon dioxide separator includes an absorption tower for producing a carbon dioxide-rich absorbent and a carbon dioxide-depleted flue gas by reaction of a carbon dioxide-containing flue gas and an absorbent contained therein; a regeneration tower for removing the carbon dioxide-rich absorbent transferred from the absorption tower in the presence of the flowing gas to separate the same into a carbon dioxide-rich treatment gas and a carbon dioxide-lean absorbent; and a separation membrane module for selectively membrane-separating and concentrating the carbon dioxide, wherein the carbon dioxide-containing flue gas is transferred to the absorption tower as a carbon dioxide-lean flue gas obtained via the separation membrane module, and the flowing gas is transferred to the regeneration tower as the carbon dioxide-rich flue gas obtained via the separation membrane module from the carbon dioxide-containing flue gas.
