摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating renal fibrosis comprising dimethylfumarate (DMF) as an active ingredient. The DMF according to the present invention has an excellent effect of reducing renal fibrosis by activating Nrf2 to inhibit TGF-β/Smad signaling, and thus is useful for preventing or treating renal fibrosis.

摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for treating neuroinflammatory disease comprising a complement component 8 gamma protein or a fragment thereof, and more particularly, to use for treating neuroinflammatory disease of a complement component 8 gamma protein or a fragment thereof which exhibits an effect of reducing the expression of inflammatory cytokines in microglia.
